As a physical therapist, Pilates teacher, certified perimenopause and menopause specialist, and movement educator with more than 25 years of experience, I’ve spent my career helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

I’ve also walked my own path of learning to trust and understand my body through many seasons of life, including endometriosis, prolapse, pregnancy, hysterectomy, and breast cancer.

A Message From Jessica

I created UNLIMITED twelve years ago as a new mom who was trying to reconnect with her body.

At the time, I had already worked as a physical therapist for years, but I was still struggling to find workouts that felt right for me. I was navigating postpartum recovery, endometriosis, and a newly diagnosed prolapse, and I wanted movement that supported my body—not fought against it.

I wanted workouts that combined Pilates, strength training, mobility, and cardio. I wanted programs that were safe, effective, and adaptable for different stages of life. Most of all, I wanted something beyond the typical fitness culture of “shred,” “burn,” and “no pain, no gain.”

I wanted to feel strong again while also taking good care of my body.

I wanted a place that understood the unique needs of women. A place where I felt seen, supported, and empowered.

When I couldn’t find it, I created it.

What started as a small collection of workouts has grown into a thriving community with thousands of members around the world.

As the years have passed, I’ve continued to learn alongside the women I serve. I’ve experienced infertility, IVF, prolapse, hysterectomy, breast cancer, multiple surgeries, and now the realities of perimenopause and aging. Each season has reinforced what I have always believed:

Our bodies are not problems to solve. They are partners for life.

I’ve also come to understand how important it is for women to have access to trustworthy information about hormones, exercise, aging, recovery, stress, and nervous system health. We deserve more than conflicting advice and unrealistic expectations.

That’s why UNLIMITED has evolved into so much more than a workout membership.

Today, it’s a place where women can find movement, education, support, and community—all designed to help them feel strong, safe, and secure in their bodies through every season of life.

Eleven years after creating UNLIMITED, I know firsthand that life can be unpredictable. I know the frustration, grief, fear, and confusion that can come when your body changes or doesn’t behave the way you hoped it would.

But I also know the incredible power that comes from learning to trust your body, care for it, move it, and partner with it.

That is what UNLIMITED is all about.

I bring together my decades of experience as a physical therapist and movement educator, my personal journey, and a deep belief in the strength of women to create what I believe every person deserves:

In addition to what’s listed above, how is UNLIMITED different from YouTube?

UNLIMITED offers many more resources, tools, tips, challenges and events for our members! UNLIMITED members get multiple new and creative workouts every month that are never released on YouTube. All workouts are ad free and the average UNLIMITED workout is 30 minutes long, with some as long as 50 minutes, so you will get short and long workouts to chose from!
You get a monthly workout calendar with daily workout recommendations, as well as specific workout plans for beginners, back health, prolapse, postpartum and more.
Finally, members get a full healthy recipe library, members only podcast recordings, a free app, health talks and trainings and a supportive community to cheer you on.

Where can I watch the workouts?

On any device that is most convenient for you! You can screencast the workouts onto your big screen from the app or UNLIMITED website, or watch smoothly and easily from your own device.

Are there refunds available?
