Commonly asked questions about Longevity:
Can I follow along at my own pace?
Yes! While we offer daily workouts, strategies and recommendations, these are all optional and can be done at your own pace. All workouts can be watched anytime and will be available the entire time you have access to the program.
How long will I have access to the workouts and the Longevity Program?
You will have access to the entire program until June 8th, 2026. That includes the four week program itself plus an additional week to review or work through any routines or info you missed along the way.
What equipment do I need?
We want these workouts to be accessible and easy to do from home! You will need a set of dumbbells (we recommend 5-8lbs if you are new to lifting weights and 10-15lbs if you are experienced with lifting weights – of course adjust this as needed for your own fitness level). You will also want to have an exercise mat.
How much time per day should I plan for?
The daily workouts will average 25-30 minutes, with options for additional walking or short add on routines.
What if I have an injury or are new to fitness?
You are in the right place! Jessica is a licensed physical therapist with 25 years of experience and her passion is helping women feel empowered in their bodies in all seasons of life. This program will offer beginner and advanced workouts so you can chose what is right for you. UNLIMITED also offers workouts for various modifications. As always, you will want to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program and make sure you are released for working out. While Jessica is a PT, she isn’t necessarily YOUR personal PT. This means she can give general guidelines but not personal recommendations. We do ask that you understand your own modification needs before starting the program.
What types of workouts are included?
You will have six days a week of workouts that include weight lifting, Pilates, mobility/stretching and cardio. We will focus on building muscle, improving joint mobility, core strength, posture, balance and more.

In addition to the workouts, you will have access to our recipes that are reviewed by a registered dietician. This month we will focus on high fiber and high protein recipes. You will also have a checklist to follow for additional longevity strategies, live sessions with Jessica, access to our amazing online community, free app and more.
